Case Study: One Stitches Three

Logo Redesign and Branding for an Embroidery Business

Project

Logo Redesign and Brand Development for One Stitches Three

Client & Brief

I worked with One Stitches Three, a small embroidery business, to redesign and enhance their existing logo. The client already had an initial logo concept but wanted a more polished and professional design that better reflected the craftsmanship, creativity and quality behind the business.

The project focused on developing a stronger visual identity that could be used consistently across clothing labels, social media and wider branding materials while still maintaining elements of the original design the client had created.

As a freelance marketing consultant and designer, I managed the redesign process personally, ensuring the final branding balanced creativity, professionalism and brand consistency.

The Challenge

This project required branding that would:

  • Improve and professionalise the client’s existing logo concept

  • Reflect the handmade and detailed nature of the embroidery business

  • Maintain familiarity with the original branding provided by the client

  • Work effectively across labels, clothing tags and social media platforms

  • Create a memorable and visually appealing identity for a small creative business

The challenge was refining the existing concept while preserving the personality and recognisable elements that were already important to the client.

Strategy

My approach focused on enhancing the existing branding while introducing more depth, detail and professionalism:

  • Collaborative redesign: I worked from the client’s original logo concept to ensure the redesign still felt authentic to the business while improving the overall finish.

  • Craft-inspired visuals: Stitching details, sewing imagery and circular badge style layouts were incorporated to reflect the embroidery industry and handmade craftsmanship.

  • Consistent branding: The logo was designed to work cohesively across social media, clothing tags and promotional materials to strengthen brand recognition.

  • Scalable and versatile design: The final artwork needed to remain clear and effective across both small printed labels and larger digital formats.

By personally handling both the design refinement and branding direction, I ensured the final identity remained professional while still capturing the creative personality of the business.

“Louise designed a perfect logo for me which I’m very happy with. Communication throughout the process of creating the logo was excellent. I would highly recommend to anyone who wants a logo professionally designed.”
