Case Study: Get Lucky Apparel

Branding and Promotional Design for an Independent Clothing Brand

Project

Logo Design, Branding and Promotional Assets for Get Lucky Apparel

Client & Brief

I worked with Get Lucky Apparel to create a bold and memorable visual identity for their clothing brand. The project focused on developing a logo and supporting promotional materials that reflected the business’s personality while helping the brand establish a stronger and more professional presence across both print and digital platforms.

The aim was to create branding that felt modern, eye-catching and suitable for use across clothing, social media and business stationery, while also helping the business stand out within the competitive apparel market.

As a freelance marketing consultant and designer, I managed the branding process personally, combining creative design with strategic thinking to ensure the visuals supported the overall identity of the brand.

The Challenge

This project required branding that would:

  • Create a recognisable and memorable identity for the clothing brand

  • Appeal to the brand’s target audience through bold and modern visuals

  • Work effectively across clothing, business cards and online platforms

  • Maintain consistency across all branded materials

  • Balance creativity with practical usability for merchandise and marketing

The challenge was developing branding that felt distinctive and visually engaging while remaining versatile enough for a wide range of applications.

Strategy

My approach focused on combining strong visual branding with practical marketing design principles:

  • Brand personality first: I explored visual elements connected to fashion, streetwear and apparel culture to create a logo with a strong identity.

  • Memorable iconography: Hoodie inspired illustrations and bold typography were used to create a recognisable visual style linked directly to the clothing brand.

  • Consistent branding: The logo, business cards and social media assets were all designed to work cohesively together to strengthen brand recognition.

  • Cross-platform usability: The final branding needed to perform well across clothing labels, social media graphics, business cards and digital banners.

By personally handling both the strategy and design execution, I ensured the branding remained consistent and aligned with the business’s vision throughout the project.
